Covenant's Shepherding Ministry exists to engage, equip, and care for our members to help them live out our disciple-making mission.

I WANT A SHEPHERD

"Christians grow in community, through the Word, by the Spirit."
- Pastor Trent Casto, The Rhythm of Discipleship
The primary vehicle for shepherding at Covenant is Small Groups, which allow deep relationships to flourish.
Can't commit to a group but still want a shepherd? We have options!

I WANT  TO BE A SHEPHERD

"Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you." ~ 1 Peter 5:2
Shepherds know, care for, and guide their sheep. Do you feel called to serve as a shepherd?
Choose between two roles:
Small Group Leader: Meet weekly or bi-weekly with a group of 8-10 believers to study the Word and fellowship together.
Lay Shepherd: Meet periodically with individuals one-on-one, care for their needs, and encourage their spiritual growth.
